Finding Your Core

 

Apart from your stomach muscles, do you know how and where to find your core? Do you understand how to hold your body firm during your Pilates session?

 

This workshop is designed specifically to help you understand what, where and how your core works. You will learn about each part, how to "switch it on" and what goes wrong when that element doesn't work properly.

 

We will also find out how the various Pilates exercises target each part of your body specifically to build a strong, healthy centre.

 

£20 per person*
