Thursday: 2.45pm - 3.45pm

 

Last year 62% of our clients reported that by taking part in health and wellbeing classes, their health had improved. A further 32% said that it had much improved. Not only had their physical and mental health improved but they had also made new friends, enjoyed attending their class and felt less isolated.
