When we consulted with a group of local ladies about trying out some taster Tai Chi sessions, they were slightly apprehensive at first. However, after taking part in the sessions taught by Master Kam Lau, they soon felt very relaxed and enjoyed very much.

Tai Chi is known to benefit individuals by helping with aches and pains in the joints. In addition to this it also improves balance, co-ordination and concentration by improving blood flow. This can relieve stress and calms the mind and body.

The feedback from the Tai Chi classes at Penny Lane have been wonderful and the benefits are having a positive impact on the daily lives of the local people.
